Telemetry Data (DeltaTrace): Specific technical data related to driver performance and vehicle metrics (see Section 5).
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for these specific purposes:
To provide and manage your account.
To facilitate purchases or service delivery.
To provide customer support.

5. DeltaTrace Telemetry & Analytics
We collect and analyse specific driver and vehicle data ("Telemetry Data") through our DeltaTrace feature to assess performance trends and identify points for improvement.
What we collect: Customer application of analysis options between lap times, speed inputs, braking points, throttle application, steering angle, and other vehicle dynamics data. Furthermore, we monitor which drivers are most frequently selected in our system, but crucially without connection to any customer account.
How we use it: To generate performance reports, compare driver trends, and provide actionable feedback for driver improvement.
Legal Basis: We process this data based on Contractual Necessity (if this analysis is part of the service you purchased) or Legitimate Interest (to improve the accuracy of our analysis tools and benchmarks).
Anonymisation: Where possible, Telemetry Data is aggregated and anonymised for broader trend analysis, ensuring it cannot be linked back to an individual driver without their specific account context.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

Contract: Processing is necessary to fulfil a contract with you (e.g., analysing your uploaded data).

Legal Obligation: Required by Hungarian or EU law (e.g., tax records).

Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services for us (e.g., cloud hosting for telemetry data, payment processors).
