DeltaTrace is an interactive analysis platform built in Python that lets you explore official Formula 1 timing and telemetry data like a race engineer.

You can pick any session, select two drivers, and instantly compare their fastest laps with overlays of speed, throttle, brake traces, gear changes and more on a single, intuitive interface.

By putting real race data into your hands, the tool turns passive viewing into active exploration, helping you understand exactly how the quickest drivers create lap time through braking points, throttle application and cornering technique.
